The Main edifice that all other buildings exist to support is the main building. This is a four story building with classes, state of the art labs, and supposedly if the rumors are to be believed, where federal contracts for military research and development are undertaken.

This houses the clerical and financial staff that keep the school running. Places of significance include the Dean's office and the room for the board of directors. Various subject offices exist here such as the STEM office, the Athletic office and other such items requiring overhead maintenance and daily squeaking for optimal day to day operations.

The overall security of the school is run by private security hired directly by the college although, they mainly monitor the grounds, entrances and exits.

A single building houses the dorms with a fork in the middle. The West Wing houses the males and East Wing houses the females with upper class men and women generally policing their own unless the rare case presents itself where the board of directors and/or police are called in. A member of the senior class, male and female both are elected each year as president to manage the dorms with appointed student staff as necessary to handle the overflow work. Mixing between the classes of students is generally encouraged in room assignments unless such a pairing causes issues directly or indirectly for any known party at the school that promotes a negative learning environment. Students still sneak into the other dorms, but appointed monitors generally keep the wings pure. Despite being generally being appointed by president, The general population can if enough support is received can block or remove an appointment. The male and female president form a consul running the whole dormitory with the dean of the school allowed to cast a third in the case of a deadlock although this is generally uncommon.

Various clubs dot the campus including but not limited to D&D, chess, golf, knitting, and other miscellaneous things. The two biggest are the Sorority (Female) and Fraternity (Male) associations. They are situated near the male and female dorms for convenience.

An Olympic swimming pool, a tennis court and a stadium that can be converted (within reason) to play almost any sport with an outdoor field for overflow usage.

A university founded by Richard Evergrand. Despite federal and municipal regulation, the Dean almost always is a member of the family. The current dean, Danielle Evergrand, the granddaughter of Richard currently heads the school in what is unofficially known as the "Evergrand Dynasty."
