The most important people to him are:

1. Yuichiro Tokito (his twin brother)

The most important person for Muichiro.

Yuichiro was the older brother (by a few minutes) and although he seemed cold and distant, he actually cared deeply for Yuichiro.

Her death was a traumatic moment that led Muichiro to lose his memory and become emotionally disconnected.

The relationship between Muichiro Tokito and Genya Shinazugawa in Demon Slayer is somewhat limited in terms of screen time, but it has interesting moments that reflect how Muichiro views Genya and how his perception changes over time.
