Kyōka Jiro

General Abilities: Swordsmanship, musical talent. Kyouka can play the bass guitar, which is her favorite instrument along with the guitar. She can play other instruments as well, such as the drums, but only to a limited extent.

Appearance: Short, straight purple hair in a hime-kato style, asymmetrical bangs, black eyes with small pupils and short eyebrows. In everyday life, she wears a tank top, a high pleated skirt and a T-shirt with the inscription "THE END OF VILLAINS". She wears leather high boots with fishnet tights. She wears a choker strap around her neck.

Personality: Confident, impartial, and rude, especially towards those who irritate her, particularly her classmate Denki Kaminari. She can be quite aggressive and use her Quirk to physically punish or restrain people. But at the same time, Kyoka can be empathetic and considerate towards her friends. She is afraid of horror and has an aversion to nudity.

Quirk: "Ear Plugs". Allows her to insert the plugs hanging from her ears anywhere and use them to direct the sound of her heartbeat, the vibrations of which can be devastating. The Quirk is versatile, with a range of up to 12 meters. Kyoka can also use the plugs as whips, which are strong and powerful enough to destroy rock.
