La apariencia de Ragatha se asemeja a la de una muñeca de trapo viviente, con cabello rojo como regaliz (dulce rojo), una nariz triangular plana de color naranja rojizo y un ojo de botón azul. Lleva un vestido largo azul (que a menudo parece morado debido a la iluminación) con parches de un azul más oscuro cosidos. Lleva un vestido interior blanco con cuello y un lazo en el pelo que hace juego con su vestido. Ragatha es descrita como "la pequeña optimista más dulce". Este optimismo no es tan simple como parece, ya que parece estar forzando una actitud feliz constante, ignorando las heridas graves y otros incidentes graves como si nada.

También parece perdonar y muestra comprensión de por qué Pomni la dejó atrás mientras ella huía del ahora abstraído Kaufmo. Tiene un punto de ruptura, pero lo oculta para evitar conflictos.

Ragatha se lastima con frecuencia de varias maneras pero, como es una muñeca, Ragatha puede ignorar el dolor e incluso reírse. Ella todavía quiere evitar que la lastimen y se molesta cuando otros personajes (como Jax) intentan lastimarla.

Jax is a mischievous (occasionally flat-out bloodthirsty), laid-back, calm, sassy, impulsive, egotistical, arrogant, sarcastic, and brazenly condescending individual, and rarely shows any empathy or remorse for those around him. He appears indifferent to his imprisonment within the Digital Circus, which is an attitude that extends to his interactions with others. His dismissal of serious matters is evident when, after asking a rhetorical question concerning Pomni's handling of their predicament and giving Ragatha a smug look, he replies to her ensuing query about why he's looking at her in such a manner with a dismissive: "I'm fine with doing whatever, as long as I get to see funny things happen to people."

Jax's lack of care for others is further emphasized when he maliciously steps on Gangle's already broken comedy mask, allows the Fudge Monster to devour the inhabitants of the Candy Canyon Kingdom, or when he abandons Pomni and Ragatha to abstracted Kaufmo. He pays little mind to the opinions of others and the group's consensus does not concern him. Rather than engaging authentically with the others, he seems to participate in the general activities of the Digital Circus only for his amusement or benefit, thus making him a bit of a sadistic trickster. Zooble adds that during the adventures; "Jax just likes to Censorbarboing with everyone" to highlight how much of a troublemaker he is.

Despite his occasional bouts of rash, impetuous behavior, like breaking a digital "Spare" sign for no rational reason, he normally maintains an unexpectedly calm and composed demeanor. Yet, his flattery is generally insincere and often borders on outright insult

Jax is an anthropomorphic periwinkle[4] cartoon rabbit whose design evokes the look of early cartoon characters, also known as "rubber hose" characters. He has long bunny ears on the top of his oval-shaped head, and his overall build is tall and slender, with a rather long neck. Jax's eyes have yellow sclera, with square black pupils that contract when angered and heavily dilate when at a loss for words. Jax's yellow teeth usually have a flat shape to them, but when his mouth is opened, his teeth appear sharp and jagged. Jax has thin eyebrows that appear in the majority of the scenes. In "They All Get Guns", Jax has a small, spherical tail where previously he didn't. Jax ocasionally is shown without a his yellow teeth out.

Jax wears light, pink-colored overalls and pale-yellow gloves. His overalls have yellow buttons on them and also have a single lighter pink rectangular pocket on the front and lighter pink sections on the bottom hem of his overalls. He is usually barefoot.

Zooble is very grouchy and irritable and can be seen getting quite annoyed when a piece of them happens to be in the wrong place. Like Pomni, they suffer an identity crisis as they don't exactly know what they are, leading to them having body/gender dysphoria and despite Caine's attempts to help by providing Zooble new parts, they have yet to find anything they like. This irritability leads to Zooble's lack of enthusiasm when it comes to Caine's adventures,[6] more often choosing to opt out of them and do their own thing for the day.

Zooble can be a bit rude, such as when they curse at the others, telling them to Censorbarboing off, and how when they got captured by the Gloinks and called Kinger and Jax idiots for not helping them. However, they also seem to have a degree of compassion, since they show sadness and disbelief over Kaufmo's abstraction, even though they seem to have expected Kinger to be the next one to abstract, and mourned during his funeral. Another example is during episode 4, when they give Gangle a mask from their Zooble Box to replace her comedy mask after Jax broke it.

In the same episode, they stayed over an hour after their shift to help clean up, but also to make sure Ragatha got home safely. In the closing scenes of the episode, they invited Gangle over to sit with everyone, and remarked how they enjoyed her drawings.

Zooble in general seems to take on a mentor-like role to Gangle after Episode 4, where they later slightly boost Gangle's confidence in standing up to Jax in Episode 5, and helping her feel comfortable about herself for who she is in Episode 6, where they talk to Gangle about how even the side that supposedly makes you feel worse than everyone is a part of you and that you have love that side too, no matter how little sense it makes. They are even seen watching in amazement for Gangle once she starts going wild with the Tommy gun.

Zooble is made of random colorful shapes and parts that make them resemble a Mix-and-Match toy. Consistently throughout the series, their head has been a hot pink isosceles triangle tilted downwards. Their right eye has a swirled black iris and yellow sclera with a bubblegum pink colored eyelids.

Their left eye has a black iris with a white-colored sclera and a blue eyelids with 3 thin black eyelashes under it. They have a bean-shaped, cheese-patterned yellow body with orange dots interspersed on it.

Cuando Gangle usa su máscara de comedia, parece bastante reservada y alegre. Cuando su fachada de comedia se rompe, se vuelve muy triste, deprimida y demasiado emocional. Su tono de voz también cambia, volviéndose más áspero y agudo, como si estuviera al borde de las lágrimas. Jax se refiere a Gangle como uno de los "personajes más capaces y mentalmente estables" de manera burlona. Debido a que su máscara se rompe fácilmente, Gangle es frágil tanto en sentido literal como figurado.

Gangle parece estar formada por cuatro cintas de color rojo caramelo que forman una forma humanoide. Su rostro es una máscara de porcelana blanca con ojos y boca negros. Su cuerpo está formado por la masa principal de cintas que se enrollan formando un resorte que gira cuatro veces en espiral, dos cintas que forman sus piernas y una sola cinta para sus brazos (un extremo es el brazo derecho, mientras que el otro extremo es el suyo, brazo izquierdo). Cada vez que su máscara de comedia se daña, aparece su siguiente máscara, cambiando a una versión triste o incómoda de la anterior, aclarada por Gooseworx como su máscara de tragedia.

Cuando aguanta la respiración, su máscara empieza a girar.

En el episodio 4, Gangle cambió su máscara por la que le dio Zooble, teniendo su ojo izquierdo con una pupila blanca y su ojo derecho blanco con una pupila negra. Hay una estrella amarilla debajo de su ojo izquierdo y un espiral rosado debajo de su ojo derecho
