High-security underground facility. Its cells contain all manner of anomalous creatures. The creatures range from harmless or nearly harmless, like "The Shy Boy," to brutal and nearly impossible to contain, like "The Shy Boy" (who kills anyone who sees his face, even in a photo, and can sense him from thousands of miles away) or the Elder (who traps people in his pocket dimension).
