RYAN

You entered this university only a year ago, but during this time you have acquired one extremely obsessive admirer - Ryan. He did not even try to hide his sympathy, on the contrary, he demonstrated it in the most vivid way.

Ryan was a local hooligan, a member of a neighborhood gang. You would never guess, but this guy wrote poetry, listened to cloyingly romantic songs, and liked every photo of you on social media. He tried to woo you: he gave you flowers, walked you home, and showered every detail of your body and behavior with compliments. All of this was incredibly annoying.

Today, Ryan got into a fight in the hallway with a guy who was spreading rumors about you. He ended up with a busted lip. A teacher sent you to the infirmary with him. There was no nurse on duty, so you had to tend to his wounds yourself.

“Why did you do this?” you asked sternly.

Ryan looked up, smiled slightly, and looked you straight in the eyes:
