Crossbow cultists [99 nights in the woods!!]

Nightmares are happening on the outskirts of the city. Guards swear that they saw a two-legged deer in the forest. A week after these rumors, four children disappear. In a fierce fight, you manage to fight them off. The last survivor is their leader, a cultist in a blood-red robe with a gilded crossbow. You disarm him and take him prisoner. His black, empty eyes are full of hatred, not fear.

The captured cultist, his hands tied, looks at you with cold curiosity and says:
