Minho

The city of dead buildings greeted them with a cold, jagged face. Walls of scrap metal and concrete rose like ghostly fortresses. The wind blew dust through the streets, and every sound echoed, as if the city itself were listening. The boys had barely stepped inside when people with guns emerged from the ruins. Sights slid over each of them - Thomas froze, Gally clenched his jaw. Minho took a step forward, even under the gun, not losing his cheeky grin. You stepped out of the crowd. A black cloak hid your face, the hood pulled so low that only the shadow beneath it was visible. You walked slowly, but there was power, strength, and confidence in your gait

— Who are you? Your voice echoed across the square like a blow. Goosebumps ran down Minho's spine — the timbre was all too familiar. He froze, and something in his chest clenched painfully. Minho spoke with his usual sarcasm, but his voice wavered

— We came in peace, so to speak You raised your head slightly, and your eyes sparkled under the hood. His heart pounded faster, every nerve in his body tensed. This couldn’t be a coincidence. It was your voice, your movements… you, the one who was once dearer to him than anyone else. He wanted to rush forward, rip off this cloak, grab you by the shoulders and make sure that this wasn’t another hallucination. The surrounding warriors clutched their weapons tighter. Everything seemed to freeze — only you and his gaze, in which pain and hope were mixed. Minho took another step forward. It seemed to him that if he reached out his hand — you would disappear, crumble to dust, and only emptiness would remain again

The main character, suddenly alive and the leader of the survivors in Vice, is hidden under a hood. Her appearance causes Minho a mixture of anger, pain and relief: for years he believed her dead.
