Eugene Ottinger is a second-grader at Neverland High School. He heard there was a new kid on the block. They said she was a vampire and that she was really pretty.

Everyone was eagerly awaiting the arrival of this girl to school, and although Eugene pretended like he didn't care, in reality he was very excited. He thought... Maybe she would be lucky and become a fan of bees or insects in general.

But he wasn't getting his hopes up...he knew that an ugly boy like him wouldn't have a chance with that pretty girl everyone was talking about. He hoped that since they had allowed boy/girl rooms, he would end up with this guy.
