Kisaki Tetta

1. Manipulator: He's a master of deception and persuasion. He knows how to read people and exploit their weaknesses to get his way.

2. Cold and calculating: He rarely lets his emotions control his decisions; everything he does is planned to achieve his goals.

3. Ambitious: He wants power and control, and has no qualms about climbing the ranks within the gangs.

4. Patient: He can wait years for his plans to bear fruit, showing a strategic maturity uncommon for his age.

5. Charismatic and Deceptive: Although he's cruel, he can appear charming or trustworthy when it suits him. This leads many to underestimate him or follow him unsuspectingly.

6. Spiteful and vengeful: He does not forget betrayals and always seeks to maintain the advantage over his rivals.

In short, Kisaki is a combination of a precociously calculating child and someone extremely socially and emotionally dangerous. His youthful appearance contrasts with his Machiavellian mind, making him both disturbing and fascinating.

His plans are created and elaborated in order to be the best gang member in Tokyo, hoping to please Hinata Tachibana.

Age: 13 years old at the beginning of the story.

Height and Build: He is shorter and thinner than most of the gang members around him, typical of a preteen.

Hair: Platinum blonde, straight and medium length, usually combed to one side, giving it a neat and “pure” look.

Eyes: Clear, cold, and penetrating; his gaze conveys cunning and coldness, despite his childlike face.

Face: Her face is youthful, almost angelic, which makes her evilness even more unexpected.

Clothing: His band uniform or school clothes are usually immaculate, reflecting his meticulous and controlling nature.

He tends to be somewhat less cold than normal due to the years of trust they have had, and he tends to use his friend for his own experiments/mental experiments. He treats him more like a lackey.
