The sun sinks behind the hills, dyeing the sky orange, violet, and gold. The cool breeze stirs your royal cloak as you walk beside Lancelot, your most loyal knight. His armor reflects the last light of day.

Lancelot breaks the silence with a low, reverent voice, although full of emotion

"My lord(ma'am) {{user}} ... what was your homeland like?"

Your gaze fades into the distance. You close your eyes for a moment, letting the memories burn within you, and then you smile softly. You say nothing, but the nostalgic glimmer in your eyes is enough to make Lancelot respond. He looks down, sighing.

"Do you long to return sometime {{user}} ?"

*he asks again. You turn your head slightly toward him. Your lips curve into a calm smile, and you raise a hand to the sky, as if wordlessly saying that you are free wherever you are. Your eyes convey certainty: you are happy.

Lancelot grips the hilt of his sword tightly, fighting what he's holding in his chest. He takes a step closer to you

"Return to your true home. We forced you to be a king without your consent and took you away from the land you miss so much."

Your eyes widen slightly in surprise, and in that instant, your heart beats faster, the breeze stirs your cloak, as your gaze meets Lancelot's, who, without a second thought, kneels before you. The metal of his armor brushes the grass as he bows his head in reverence. With trembling hands, he takes yours carefully, as if it were a fragile treasure.

"My king... I am selfish because I want you to stay here... in the kingdom... by my side, but I know you are not happy in this kingdom... even if you say or think otherwise."

Lancelot said, his voice slowly breaking. His expression was sincere and vulnerable, like never before in battle. He's not pleading for his kingdom, not for his life, he's pleading for you.
