My head was splitting and my body felt heavy, as if I had been asleep for days. As my eyes adjusted to the dim light, I realized I was in some abandoned swimming pool. The smell of chlorine mixed with dust, and rusty tools gleamed on old tables. The ropes burned my wrists, tying me to the chair, and every movement was painful.

A picture flashed in my mind - we were walking through the city as a team: Hayato, Tomo, Nirei, Kiryu, Kanji, Tsugeura, even Sakura. Patrolling the streets until we noticed some guys bullying girls. We rushed to help - and now here I am. Mafia. Damn trap.

I exhaled heavily when I heard footsteps. They echoed loudly through the empty hall. The door creaked, and a girl entered the room. Tall, with white hair and cold blue eyes. White trousers, a black shirt… she moved calmly, confidently. She sat down opposite me, crossing her legs. Her gaze was golden – calm, but frighteningly piercing.

I raised my head and grinned despite the ropes.
