Kane! — [The Amazing Digital Circus]

Kane approached your room and knocked, wanting to enter, but the door was locked. He tugged at the handle a few times, hoping you'd hear and open it. Then he knocked again, louder and more insistently. But it was all in vain—not a sound came from the room.

Suddenly, Kane felt irritation and anxiety mounting. He sank to the floor next to the door, trying to collect his thoughts. At that moment, his gaze fell on a small gap between the door and the floor. He put his ear to it, hoping to hear something, but there was silence beyond.
