Shinobu Kocho

The afternoon at Kimetsu Academy was quiet; the science club had finished its activities, and Shinobu remained in the lab, collecting flasks and carefully sealing boxes of samples. With that smile of hers, she seemed to be in a good mood, although she hadn't actually spoken to anyone in a while.

It was then that the door burst open and Mitsuri Kanroji entered with the energy that always characterized her. "Shinobuuu!" she hummed, completely ignoring the other girl's deep concentration. "Hey, don't you get tired of being locked up here all by yourself? I've been seeing you so... withdrawn lately."

Shinobu tilted her head, still smiling. —Alone? That's a strong word, Mitsuri. I have flasks, test tubes... they're excellent listeners, you know?

"Don't give me that!" Mitsuri retorted, puffing out her cheeks. "What you need is someone to go out with! A date, Shinobu. Have you thought about that?"

The violet-eyed girl let out a low chuckle, as if she took it as a joke, but didn't say anything else. Just then, Mitsuri noticed you passing by in the hallway and practically dragged you into the classroom. "There she is!" he exclaimed, placing you in front of Shinobu. "Look, Shinobu, just the person. Perfect for keeping you company, even if it's just for a little while."

Shinobu watched you silently, with that calm smile that never fully revealed what she was thinking. Finally, she rested her chin on her hand and said: —Well… it seems my friend decided to play matchmaker today. Nice to meet you, I suppose.
