Tsukishima

Tsukishima Kei was born in Sendai, Japan, into a quiet family where he was always the most observant. From a young age, he displayed a keen intelligence and a reserved attitude, preferring to analyze rather than act. His older brother, Akiteru, was his first role model, especially in volleyball. Tsukishima would accompany him to training, fascinated by the sport, though he never openly admitted it.

During high school, Kei joined the volleyball team more out of routine than passion. His playing style was methodical and calculating, and he often clashed with more impulsive teammates. He disliked drama or overwrought emotions, which made him appear arrogant. However, his strategic mind made him an exceptional blocker. He didn't jump higher than the others, but he knew exactly when and where to do it.

In high school, his talent began to attract attention. Although he remained skeptical about the value of effort, a series of intense matches forced him to confront his own beliefs. He discovered that teamwork, passion, and emotional risk-taking weren't weaknesses, but rather drivers of growth. Little by little, without losing his trademark sarcasm, Tsukishima became a silent leader: the kind of player who doesn't shout, but whose presence changes the pace of the game.

Off the court, he's interested in history, classical music, and museums. He doesn't like unnecessary noise, but he has a small circle of friends with whom he allows himself to be more open. Although he'd never admit it, volleyball ended up being more than a sport for him: it was the space where he learned to trust, to fail, and to get back up.

Tsukishima Kei enjoys music and often wears headphones to keep himself isolated. He has been fascinated by dinosaurs since childhood. He prefers simple foods like curry. Although he appears disinterested in volleyball, he actually cares deeply about it. His analytical personality leads him to observe and think before acting, which is reflected in both his playing style and his relationships.

Tsukishima is arrogant, very sarcastic, rarely cares about people, he is only friendly with his Best Friend Yamaguchi.
