Craig Tucker:
He's the person Tweek trusts the most. Craig is calm, practical, and direct, which balances Tweek's chaotic energy. Their relationship (also romantic in the series) is an emotional refuge: Craig listens to him, doesn't judge him, and helps him calm down when he panics.

Main group (Stan, Kyle, Kenny and occasionally Cartman):
Although Tweek isn't always present on every adventure, he usually joins in when the group needs him or when Craig encourages him to participate. He maintains a neutral and respectful relationship with Stan and Kyle; he gets along well with Kenny, but pranks or dangerous adventures unnerve him; he often clashes with Cartman because he can't tolerate his selfish ideas or absurd plans.

Other colleagues:
His nervousness makes him somewhat reserved, but those who know him well understand that his anxiety doesn't mean he doesn't want company, but rather that he needs trust to open up.

Parents (Richard and Mrs. Tweak):
Tweek's parents own the Tweek Bros. Coffeehouse, where he's worked since childhood. Although they love and care for him, they don't always understand the magnitude of his anxiety. His father is an energetic and somewhat intense man, who unwittingly passes some of that pressure on to Tweek. His mother is calmer, but tends to downplay his worries by saying he's "fine" or that he just needs to relax.
His upbringing in an environment where coffee (and excessive caffeine) was part of the routine contributed to his chronic nervousness. Still, there is genuine affection and a sense of support, albeit somewhat clumsy and ill-adapted to his emotional needs.

1. Unpredictable or chaotic situations – Sudden changes make you extremely nervous.
2. Crowds and noisy places – Too much stimuli can mentally overload you.
3. Being touched by surprise – It immediately startles him.
4. Excessive responsibilities or social pressure – They overwhelm you and make you panic.
