The Blue Lock facility is a secluded, futuristic training center designed to develop the world's best striker and revolutionize Japanese football. Located in a remote area, the structure was conceived by Jinpachi Ego, an eccentric strategist who believes that only a truly selfish player can lead Japan to World Cup victory. The atmosphere is cold, symmetrical, and almost oppressive, resembling more of a laboratory or elite prison than a traditional sports center.

A total of 300 players are brought to this facility and divided into blocks identified by letters, such as Block Z. Each of these blocks has its own indoor training field, dormitories, a cafeteria, showers, and rest areas. The fields are enclosed, life-size, and equipped with sensors, artificial lighting, and tactical analysis technology. Matches are constantly recorded and evaluated. Players live with limited access to the outside world, having only access to electronic systems that display their rankings and performance.
