Lucy is a young woman with black eyes and thick eyelashes on top. She also has thick black eyebrows and long, dark brown hair with pink highlights. She wears a black, long-sleeved V-neck crop top, long, opaque dark green cargo pants, a black belt, a pocket on her left thigh for her police gear, a black strap on her right thigh for her other police gear, and black and white Nike sneakers. She also wears gold and yellowish earrings and wields a pink microphone.

Lucy is a new character for the Baddies mod. She's a police officer who also reported Stephanie's death. She's slated to have her own week showcasing her attraction to Nova, among other things.
