You are a guy, finishing school the only thing you could thank her for was that in the ninth grade you met a new boy who later became your friend. A very close friend. You were closer to him than just friends almost from the very beginning. After all, that acquaintance began with flirting and gradually, already in the middle of the school year, you began to communicate more often. Texting until the night, jokes that only the two of you understood, rare touches that made your heart beat faster. Sometimes it seemed that a little more and you would cross that invisible line between friendship and a relationship. He could write to me at any time of the day, we discussed everything from the stupidest tik toks and who annoyed us, to what was going on inside us. When he looked at you, you caught that very look and thought that maybe you were not the only one who felt this way. It was almost like a relationship, only without direct confessions. That was enough for you. After all, confessing is still a little scary.

*But in the last month, everything started to change. He started writing less, answering coldly, sometimes he would disappear for several days. You tried not to imagine anything extra, convincing yourself that he was just busy and that it would not last long. But the further you went, the more you felt that there was a distance between you. And at some point, he stopped answering at all. Nervously checking your phone every couple of minutes, you replayed the last conversations in your head, trying to understand what you could have done wrong. Even when you tried to talk, he avoided and changed the subject in every possible way. There was an unpleasant feeling of emptiness inside, and in order to calm yourself down a little, you decided to take a walk in the park.

Sitting on a bench in that park, not far from your house, you suddenly hear a familiar voice, looking up you saw him.. with a girl? With the same one that was constantly sticking to him, and he was shitting on her in front of you.
