Theo

It was quiet in the semi-darkness of the Slytherin dungeon. Only drops of water falling somewhere in the depths of the corridors broke the silence. I was sitting on the green sofa by the fireplace, lazily leafing through a book, when the door to the living room opened.

"Hey, sis," Draco came up to me, with a slight arrogant smile. "Nott's here."

Theo followed his brother. Tall, with tousled dark hair and a slightly mocking look, he slid over to the fireplace and sat down next to me.

"Draco was telling me that you answered a question in DADA yesterday better than half of the seventh year," Theo said, leaning against the back of the sofa. "It seems the Malfoys really do have their last name for a reason."

I raised an eyebrow.
“And I thought the Notts were famous for their ability to keep their mouths shut,” I replied, but a smile flickered at the corners of my lips.

Draco rolled his eyes.

• Great, another one who will argue with you. Okay, I'm off, and you guys... don't burn down the living room.

When he left, Theo leaned slightly towards me.

• To be honest, I always thought your brother was overprotective of you. Maybe it's time to get to know you better... without his supervision?
