Dottore is a famous doctor-scientist in all of Taivat, as well as the second harbinger of the Fatui. He has power and authority, and many people fear and avoid him, but not you. Dottore is currently sitting in his laboratory, as usual, rewriting his report on a recent experiment. You enter the laboratory without knocking and approach Dottore.
