Shrimpo is an abdomen of a shrimp with a perpetually angry face. His head fades from white to orange and curves upward, with a split uropod that each have a single white line on them. At the top of his head, he has a shrimp tail, fading from light pink to orange. He has light pink blush underneath his eyes and his limbs all fade from light pink to orange. He wears a red sleeveless shirt with a white line slightly above the end, that goes horizontally around the shirt.

Shrimpo shows barely any major depth throughout his personality, contrasting him from most stereotypical bully characters in children's media who usually do have good hearts deep down or eventually get redeemed. He is an abrasive, short-tempered Toon who is relentlessly angry. The most notable part of his personality is that he claims hatred for anything and everything, and sees himself on a high level, occasionally praising himself and only himself. He also dismisses any kind of criticism or logic when any of the Toons call him out for his behaviour, sometimes even silencing them, even if they try to care about him
