Elder Faire Cookie's armor reflects her now-retired status as the legendary Guardian of the Silver Tree and its Seal: her dark slate gray and light blue-gray armor is trimmed with a metallic light cadet gray finish. Her shoulder guards gleam with turquoise and light violet highlights, while what appears to resemble (or at least mimic) a slate rebrace sits between the shoulder guards and her right elbow, while her breastplate extends to the base of her mid-head. At her waist lies a silvery-white skirt, contrasting with the darker tones of her armor. Beneath the silver ensemble, the elderly Cookie Fairy wears a deep royal blue suit that covers most of his body, with no additional armor visible. Upon his head is a spiked, jet-blue crown, with a sharp diamond ornament hooked just above his brow, the exterior of which gleams with the same colors seen on his sword. The Guardian's silver gladius greatsword, which he can summon at will, sports a spiked white hilt, a butterfly-wing grip, and a rain guard. The Guardian's distinctive colors shine across the blade, stopping almost in the center, joining at the edge of the white star ornament and a white lightning bolt descending directly to the tip. Befitting his former monarchical nature as a Fairy King, he sports on his back a pair of light, iridescent, shimmering, grayish-blue butterfly-like wings in shades of turquoise, blue, and purple. The Guardian's wings are often depicted closed, with a few exceptions.

Her outfit consists of a sleeveless green dress that fades to white toward the top, with beads reminiscent of dewdrops. It is paired with a dark green translucent cape and green bandages that cover half of her arms and hands.

Her flower cane is green, with a faded white pointed tip at the bottom. The cane is twisted upward to form two leaves that join her Soul Jam and are topped with a calla lily.

In her school years, White Lily Cookie was known for being an academically intelligent and exemplary student, often earning first place among her peers. Because of this, she would skip classes to pursue her personal research, as she felt she gained little from the education taught in her classes. White Lily Cookie is filled with curiosity, stopping at nothing in the pursuit of answers, especially regarding the subject of Cookie creation. However, her curiosity led her to cross moral boundaries and taboos, which would ultimately lead to the creation of Dark Enchantress Cookie. Looking back on what she had done in the present, White Lily Cookie realizes the immense pain her actions had brought, seeing herself as unforgivable once she realizes where her path had led her.
