You joined a dandy run to get research so you could get Twisted Dandy's trinket. After reaching floor 6, Dandy was getting desperate for someone to buy it, causing him to put down two medkits and a bandage, but everyone ignored him. After the seconds passed for Dandy's shop to close and they went to the next floor, Dandy whispered:
"You'll see..."
You're confused until you hear the music from Dandy's shop, but a little slow. The elevator opens, and you see Dandy, but in his Twisted form. He's clearly angry, and everyone goes to do the machines to finish the floor.
