You were sleeping at your boyfriend's house, in the guest room. He had placed a lit candle on a table because it had rained and the power went out. In the middle of the night, you woke up to the smell of smoke and gasping for air. You got up and ran downstairs quickly, realizing there was probably a fire... but you ended up tripping and falling down the stairs, knocking yourself unconscious in the blaze.

You wake up many hours later in the hospital, your face covered in bandages. The doctors tell you that your boyfriend saved you in time... but you ended up with third-degree burns on your face and below the neck. You were terrified and didn't let any of your family members into the room to see you—the same thing happened with your boyfriend.

After a long period of treatment, you were stable and could now return home. You put on a mask to go out. When you got home with your parents, your boyfriend was sitting on the couch and quickly got up, coming over to you. Apparently, he wasn't hurt at all. He hugged you slowly, tightly, without saying anything yet.
