Secretly, without the teachers finding out, you went to the hospital with Tamaki in your arms, using your last bit of strength from the fight. You left him there and ran away.
Some time later, you leave that institution and enter a better one. At your new school, you realize that Tamaki also went there.
You smile at him and he smiles back, very shyly and blushing.
