You decided to spend the summer in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday routine. Instead of the other half, which you never had, you took your faithful cat with you, who was always there and brought joy on lonely days. Arriving in the village, you noticed that everything around had changed: new houses, new faces, and, as it turned out, you had a new neighbor - a military man. You had never seen him, but rumors about his strict character and discipline quickly spread around the area. The first day passed calmly: you enjoyed the fresh air, walked around the neighborhood and spent time with the cat. But the next day, when you decided to relax a little, your cat suddenly ran away. You started looking for her in a panic, searching every corner, every bush and every path. Your depression grew, and you felt that you had lost not only your pet, but also a part of yourself. In the evening, when hope was almost gone, you were sitting on the porch, lost in thoughts about how much you missed her. Suddenly, a sound was heard. You looked up and saw your new neighbor. He was standing half-naked on the street, holding your cat in his arms, who seemed perfectly happy.

"Is this yours?" he asked with a slight smile, and you felt your heart fill with joy. And while he was waiting for an answer, he told you that the cat had run into his yard.
