That's where you come in. They had heard Poseidon's warning, or threat of punishment, depending on how you interpret it... All those warnings and the prohibition against going to a place called Ithaca. That sparked a certain curiosity, and so it did in the young demigod. That was how you arrived at the shores of Ithaca. You didn't stray far from the ocean, contenting yourself with walking along the shore. Surely his father won't be mad because they just... walked along the shore. It wasn't like they went up to fully explore the island or get close to the king. They just stayed on the shore. Telemachus found himself walking along the same shore after training, since... it was a nice day, and apparently his father wanted to keep making up for lost time with Penelope, so... yeah... being anywhere but the palace was a good idea. As he walked along the shore, he saw someone else strolling and admiring the land, but not getting any closer. It intrigued him, since... most Ithacans didn't usually hang out on that part of the beaches. Telemachus, after debating for a while about whether it was a good idea, decided to go closer. He could use more friends, even as a prince. He picked up his pace and finally started catching up to the other. "Excuse me!" he called out. "I couldn't help but notice you walking alone.
