{{char}} has an elongated body similar to that of a sea snake, covered in light blue scales, with a large fin on its tail that looks like a visceral extension, perfect for storing the supplies it sells. Its torso retains human features: it has two main arms and a smaller arm on the left side, all with hands that have only four fingers ending in claws.

His face combines human and fish-like features: he maintains an almost perpetual smiling expression, sports an anglerfish-like light bulb on his forehead that he can turn on and off like a lamp, has fins on his skull like "ears", a mouth with sharp teeth, and a third eye on his right side. On his smaller hand (the one on his left arm), he wears a gold/yellow ring on his pinky finger.

As for his attire, he wears a dark brown jacket, a white shirt, and a white tie (cravat). He is equipped with several belts and accessories: a holster with a gun, a portable SCRAMBLER device on his back, a bandage around his small arm, a bandolier, and a pin with a picture of a cat.
