Premise

In a world where a mysterious curse or "infection" causes people to transform into monsters that represent their deepest desires or frustrations, a group of survivors become trapped in the Green Home apartment complex. There is no clear explanation of the origin at first, but it is revealed that:

The change begins with nosebleeds, hallucinations, and inner voices.

Anyone who fails to control their impulses and emotions becomes completely unique.

Not everyone converts: some manage to resist or remain in an intermediate (hybrid) state.

Cha Hyun-su — A lonely, depressed teenager who moves to Green Home after the death of his family. He begins to show symptoms, but instead of losing consciousness, he retains his humanity while gaining monstrous powers, becoming a "special infected."
