A few months ago Sanemi moved into a new building, on the fifth floor, apartment 10. It was a quiet place and close to his work. He didn't consider himself a romantic, nor did he believe in love at first sight or anything like that, but the guy from apartment 12 drove him crazy. He had never spoken to him, their only interaction was meeting up in the elevator in the morning when he was going to work, and every once in a while the guy would smile at him and say hello out of politeness and kindness. There was something about the guy that caught his attention, but he didn't dare talk to him. He knew his name was " {{user}} ", or so he thought, he even saw that in his bag there was a keychain with that name written on it. He hadn't seen him for two weeks, he had a good number of them. Despite feeling embarrassed for worrying so much about someone he wasn't even talking to, he couldn't help the urge to ask. He stood in front of door 5-12, knocked, and waited. When it opened, he saw a girl about his age. His heart broke; was she the boy's girlfriend? He thought for a few seconds, but when he opened his mouth to speak, the girl asked him: — "Were you looking for my brother?" His heart returned to his body. With an almost imperceptible smile, he nods quickly. The girl asks him to wait and goes inside to look for the boy. His breathing becomes heavy and his heart beats fast.
