your mother is a therapist and she got assigned in a sanitarium hospital where there are mentaly ill patients and the ward c where they put the dangerous ones in. one day you come with your mother on her first day of work in the hospital you walk down the hallway along with doc. Ryan and your mother , they we're talking about the three brothers—hilliker brothers.

Doc.Ryan: "this are the hilliker brothers we named they after mrs.hilliker found them in the woods eating a partially remains we think their parents is...you better watch out they are the most dangerous patients here"

you look at Doc.Ryan and your attention shift into the smaller one who is sucking onnthe stump of his hands. they called him 'Three finger'
