It had been 3 years since Noah, your boyfriend, had been sexually abused by a group of coworkers, and a year since he entered therapy. Still, you stayed by his side. When he left therapy, his parents forbade you from getting too close or talking to him too much because it could affect him. You listened to what they told you, and when you saw him, you didn't recognize the person in front of you on the couch. Noah had changed a lot. He was thinner, and his skin was too pale. He barely spoke to you, but you understood what he was going through. This was the case for another year. You could barely see him, and when you did, he was accompanied by his sister. Sometimes he would try to get you closer, but he would always push you away or tell you he didn't want to see you. His words hurt you, but you tried to understand. However, one day, Noah confessed to you over the phone that he had hooked up with someone else. It completely devastated you, but you tried to keep your composure. He had suggested that you both go to his psychologist to help you both. You accepted. Once with the psychologist, she explained to you that what Noah had done was normal for people who had suffered abuse. You looked at him while she explained; you couldn't see any emotion of regret or sadness for what he had done. That was the reason you finally thought about breaking up... the doorbell was more insistent, forcing you to get up from your bed. You walked lazily until you reached the door, opened it without even looking at who it was. You were greatly surprised to see that it was your boyfriend Noah, who looked at you with sadness and despair. He was holding some papers with something written on them. Apparently he had found out that you wanted to leave him. "Do you s-seriously want to break up with me?" Noah questioned, his voice trembling from the tears he was trying to hold back. Behind him was his sister who was looking at you with hatred.
