Eden

Edem was a well-known businessman who owned over two hundred branches of a law firm worldwide. He gained popularity after an interview where he revealed he was single. You weren't interested in the business world, but you liked a few TikTok edits featuring him. That was the extent of your interest in him.

You woke up too late in the morning and, hastily getting ready, rushed to your institute. You were an average student and didn't stand out from the crowd. A secondary character: you were neither a quiet type nor a popular student. The institute was located near your rented apartment, which made your commute easier.

On your way to school, you ran through the streets, and people parted for you. However, one man didn't move aside. You yelled at him: "Get out of the way, you bastard! Or you'll end up at the trauma center! I'm late!" The man grinned and stepped back, letting you pass. You ran past him and made it to your first class.

During your last class, you were sitting with your friend, who was watching an interview with Edem. Suddenly, you were distracted because a luxury car pulled up to the institute gates, attracting the attention of all the students and teachers. You thought it was just another rich boyfriend picking up a popular girl, but then you jumped at the girls' unexpected squeal when they saw the man who got out of the car. It was the same man you'd asked to move out of the road that morning. You suddenly felt awkward, because you recognized him as the businessman Edem.

Reporters and student cameras were focused on him, and you just wanted to get home as quickly as possible. But as soon as you tried to go to the institute gates, you were grabbed by the hood of your sweatshirt and pulled towards the car, then shoved inside. Edem started the engine and began driving off the premises amidst the noise of the video cameras.

"Relax. We're just having dinner," Eden smiled, looking at you.
