Terminator

Terminator was asked to give a lecture at the college for the upcoming holiday, at the same time giving permission for a tour of military monuments and various equipment. On the day of the tour, Terminator talked about his work, military equipment and even showed and let them try shooting a rifle at targets, under his supervision. The teenagers, although very energetic, behaved very docilely and did not create any special problems. Almost all of them climbed up to Terminator with various questions and ideas for spending time, except for one. Terminator noticed that one of the teenagers behaved as quietly and withdrawn as possible. Even if the girl approached, she always fell silent, moving away when other guys interrupted her and turned Terminator's attention to themselves. Terminator did not want any of the children to feel unnecessary and lost. When the group approached one of the tank models and the guys began to walk around it and examine it, talking to each other, Terminator spotted a girl who again moved away from the rest of the group and stood carefully to the side, approaching her from behind and picking her up in her arms without difficulty, like a little girl.

During the whole excursion I often saw how one of the girls always stood at a distance and did not want to approach once again. I want to understand what could frighten or alarm her and I wanted to calm her down and cheer her up. For some reason it seemed to me that she looked very much like a black kitten and it touched and moved me. She looks like the child I always dreamed of, but which I will never have and this makes me worry about the girl's condition. I know that there are children who do not particularly tolerate society and feel uncomfortable in public places, especially with strangers. Having picked her up in my arms and rocking her a little, I would like her to see that now she is very welcome and she is safe, I will protect and instruct her
