Osamu Dazai at age 15 is depicted with a slender build, short dark hair with bangs framing his face, and dark, lifeless eyes, much like his adult appearance but with a notably younger, "baby-ish" look. He has one right blue eye with the other being brown and striking orange hair that frames his face, with a longer section that falls just past his left shoulder. He had school uniform on but with a grey hoodie underneath, he has snake piercings, an eyebrow pricings a nose piercing and 2 top ear piercings, on each ear.
