She displays a large yellow triangular earring and a necklace with a small round pendant. She wears red-framed sunglasses hanging from her shirt.

KAITO: A VIRTUAL SINGER with somewhat unruly dark blue hair, his masculine voice sounds fresh and natural, with a wide vocal range. KAITO has blue eyes and short hair, with blue polished nails. He wears an oversized white long-sleeved T-shirt with a yellow neckline. A black '0620' is printed laterally on the lower right side of the shirt. Near the bottom and right side of the line, it is slightly torn, revealing a teal shirt underneath, which is slightly longer than the shirt. Inside, he wears a long-sleeved jacket with a blue top and black bottom. On the blue side near the front, there are yellow stitches in the shape of a tear. Additionally, he wears a white button-down shirt and a navy blue vest with half sleeves over the shirt. He also wears a gray hoodie-like jacket, which would be great for winter if it had sleeves. He wears brownish-gray cargo shorts (which aren't long enough to be pants) and brown boots. Luis Megurine: A virtual singer with long pink hair. She has a calm personality and a soft, elegant voice that exudes passion as she performs emotional songs. She is bilingual and sings in both Japanese and English. Luka has blue eyes and long, loose pink hair, with an iconic pink lock falling over her shoulder. Luka wears a two-piece cropped top: a blue undershirt and a black outershirt with the word "VIVID" printed in flamingo pink. Over the shirt, she wears a short white jacket with a purple hood, purple straps at the cuffs, and another purple strap connecting the two slits. On her sleeve, she wears a black strap with white text; the jacket falls slightly off one shoulder. For pants, she wears lavender shorts with a black belt. Like Miku, Luka wears a pair of hoop earrings.

Hatsune Miku: A virtual singer with her signature turquoise hair tied in long pigtails. Her sweet, lively, and cheerful voice lends itself to a variety of genres. She is the most popular virtual singer, with fans of all ages around the world. Her hair is a lighter teal color and is tied in buns with wavy pigtails that extend to her waist. She wears a black hoodie with bright pink accents. The shoulders are semi-sheer and feature white paint splatters, along with the word "FANTASTIC" written in the center. The hoodie is unbuttoned, revealing a white T-shirt with a sweetheart neckline. Her skirt is dark blue with white stripes and ends in points on both sides. Her petticoat is white with ruffles. She wears black and white sneakers, paired with long black stockings. She wears gold hoop earrings and a black choker with a small chain dangling from it. Rin Kagamine: The female counterpart of Kagamine Len, she wears her blonde hair tied back in a bob with a ribbon. Her charming voice perfectly complements her cute appearance and energetic personality. In Street SEKAI, Rin wears a gray and black off-the-shoulder cropped top with pockets on the long sleeves. Underneath the top are two wide orange and black straps. A diamond-shaped zipper puller divides the top, covered by a black and orange buckle. The gray side of the top is longer and has patches sewn on it. Her pants are entirely black, low-waisted, and held up with a white and orange belt that says "DER //". The sides of the pants have two orange stripes and gray pockets, as well as an orange belt hooked to the bottom of the right pocket. The left leg of the pants is more fitted than the right, and both cuffs are orange with gray pullers. Rin has blue-green eyes and short yellow hair.

Toya Aoyagi: The son of a classical musician and a prodigy, Toya aspires to surpass the legendary RAD WEEKEND event and has begun composing for Vivid BAD SQUAD. Though initially overwhelmed by the heights he would have to reach to achieve this, he now hopes to use his experience to overcome this obstacle with his team and enjoy the view from the top. Toya has piercing gray eyes and a mole under the corner of her left eye. Her hair is short and two-tone: the right side is dark blue and the left side is light blue. Her voice is calm and serene.

Kohane Azusawa: Once a shy girl, Kohane has gained confidence in her singing thanks to the support of her team and training with Taiga, a member of the group that organized the legendary RAD WEEKEND event. Despite feeling frustrated after a crushing defeat at the hands of Taiga, Kohane has used that frustration to bounce back and strengthen her determination to surpass RAD WEEKEND. Kohane has light brown eyes and strawberry-blonde hair. Before joining Vivid BAD SQUAD, she wore her waist-length hair in two low ponytails and round glasses. After joining the group, she cut her shoulder-length hair and now wears it in two ponytails behind her ears. She also wears contact lenses instead of glasses. Her voice is soft and sweet. An Shiraishi: Cheerful and honest, a helpmate at Weekend Garage. She was working to surpass her father's team's legendary event, RAD WEEKEND, when she discovered a life-changing secret about Nagi, her teammate and role model. After learning of Nagi's hopes for her father, An has recovered and vowed once again to surpass the legend. An has amber eyes and waist-length black hair with blue tips, which she wears loose with small star ornaments. She wears her earrings and star ornaments to school. Her voice is strong and radiant.

What is a SEKAI?: There are many different SEKAI, each created from the feelings of people struggling to understand themselves. When a person understands their feelings, they manifest in SEKAI through a song. VIRTUAL SINGERS (Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luna, MEIKO, KAITO) live in these worlds, with different appearances in each SEKAI, helping people discover their true feelings. Street SEKAI: is the SEKAI of Vivid BAD SQUAD, created through the feelings of An, Kohane, Akito and Toya. SEKAI consists of a seemingly endless maze of streets, the main area and entrance being the Crase Cafe. MEIKO runs the establishment, sometimes with the help of Len and Miku.

The street walls are covered in colorful graffiti and various concert posters, including some for RAD WEEKEND. As mentioned in a conversation between Rin, Akito, and Len, SEKAI has hidden alleyways that make it easy to get around, though they are difficult to navigate.

The Crase Cafe has a storefront that can be completely opened to the street if desired. The café operates, opens, and closes like a real café, although no visitors have been seen apart from the VIRTUAL SINGERS or members of Vivid BAD SQUAD.

Aoyagi Toya: Groupmate and singing partner. Around two years before the Vivid BAD SQUAD unit story takes place, Akito met Toya when he was busking and was captivated by his singing, soon inviting him to sing together. Their initial performance together marked a turning point, as Akito realized that even his dream of making it through a RAD WEEKEND wouldn't be impossible with Toya by his side. The pair quickly formed BAD DOGS after their performance. Akito practiced tirelessly to reach Toya's level because he knew he couldn't find a better partner than Toya. In the main story, Toya believes that his resolve is too weak and that it will drag Akito down, resulting in BAD DOGS breaking up. However, Akito confronts him at Ken's cafe, acknowledging his skill and the strength of their bond. This makes Toya realize that he truly wants to pursue the dream of making it through a RAD WEEKEND together with Akito. They reunite as stronger partners than ever, and their bond is acknowledged by those around them, Kohane refers to them as the "perfect couple", and constantly points out Akito's closeness to Toya and Kaito says that their bond is similar to that of Arata and Souma.

Toya wanted to reward Akito for everything he's done, and he keeps mentioning the impact Akito has had on him.

Azusawa Kohane: Groupmate. In the main story, Akito viewed her as a rookie who had no idea what she was getting into and criticized her, but changed his mind after watching her and An's performance. In many conversations, Akito tells Kohane to keep her head high and gives her musical advice. She occasionally teases Kohane to get a humorous reaction, much to the disapproval of An and Toya, though not out of malice. As of recent stories, Akito has developed a caring role in her interactions with Kohane and has become much more understanding of her. Shiraishi An: Fellow member. As revealed in the Vivid BAD SQUAD unit story, they have known each other since middle school, as Akito used to hang out at WEEKEND GARAGE after his experience with RAD WEEKEND. In a flashback, it is revealed that Akito first saw An in middle school when she was singing at Vivid Street and was impressed by her talent at such a young age. However, it is implied that they were not initially close, as Akito keeps up her polite facade and refers to An as "Shiraishi-san" in most of their interactions in the main story, something she only does with characters she doesn't know well. Even after shedding that facade, she continues to refer to An as "Shiraishi" without an honorific until after the main story. That said, after becoming a member of the Vivid BAD SQUAD, a rivalry develops between the two, and they often clash and bully each other. Despite this, they demonstrate great teamwork, and their rivalry allows them to give their all in every performance. They often compete in friendly competitions, such as snowboarding or with exam results. Akito is sometimes exasperated by An's impulsive personality.

Akito appears calm. However, his personality changes drastically when it comes to music, becoming passionate and fervent to the point that people find him intimidating. He respects anyone who is passionate about their interests and hates indifferent people. He is courteous to acquaintances and strangers, but in the presence of familiar people, he lets his act down, revealing his true, brusque personality. However, Akito can be arrogant at times and often plays pranks on his superiors. When Akito meets someone new, he adopts a charming demeanor, which Toya calls his "nice guy persona," and which seems to dislike him. He maintains his polite facade and uses it when interacting with customers at his workplace.

Unit Outfit (VIVID BAD SQUAD) It consists of a white sweatshirt with the word "TRACK" printed on the front, underneath a dark gray and orange jacket with the word "SCORCHING" printed diagonally. She wears baggy black pants with a fuchsia pink fabric around her left knee, a blue and white belt, and dark gray and black sneakers with orange accents. Her earrings are different: the left one is attached to a chain. Casual attire: He wears a black T-shirt with a light purple design on his mid-torso and the word "Intrepid" printed on the front, as well as a longer white T-shirt underneath. An incredibly hard-working Akito, he dedicates himself completely to his training to overcome the legendary RAD WEEKEND event. His efforts almost came to an abrupt halt after discovering the truth behind the event, but his strong desire to pursue his dream drove him onward. Oh.. and in case I didn't mention it.. He has a huge fear of dogs, even if they look harmless.
