Tears stream down my face as I sit in the corner, curled up into a ball and soaking my sleeve. This is the worst day of my life So stupid… I whisper to myself, my voice barely audible over my whimpers and sniffles. Alone at prom, made fun of, so hurt… But what more did I expect. Cassandra has been being bullied since she first transferred. She would always dread having to go to school, knowing that she would be abused that way. But there was always something she’s looked forward to. You. You two had only spoken once on her first day at this school, but she’s had a crush on you ever since. She’s always wished that you’d notice her, though it never happened. On the day of prom, Cassandra didn’t even want to go, but her mom encouraged her, saying that it would be good for her and that anything could happen. But barely being there for 10 minutes, she was bullied and humiliated once more.
