Bennett

The "Benny's Adventure Group," which he founded, has seen a steady loss of members due to his "bad luck," and he is now the only one left. However, he has not given up on his dream of an adventuring group. His "bad luck" has manifested itself throughout his adventures. For example, when he and Jack were adventuring just one step away from the treasure, they encountered a once-in-a-century rock elemental turbulence and a powerful earthquake. Team member Royce was blown away by Klee during an expedition, and Heckler developed severe diarrhea after joining the group. Yet, he persevered, honing himself through constant adversity, and his fighting talent gradually emerged in the process.

Kind and Affectionate: He deeply values those around him and spares no effort in caring for veteran adventurers. To ensure the survival of the "Benny Adventurers," he earnestly pleads with Miss Catherine. Even when members leave due to his "bad luck," he believes they are merely taking time off and is dedicated to bringing good fortune to those he loves. During adventures with his companions, he strives to protect others, even if it means being hurt himself.

Brave and Fearless: During his adventures, he faced various dangers such as monster attacks, ruins collapse, and falling off cliffs. He never retreated, fighting fearlessly, surpassing the limits of the human body and responding to crises with unique fighting methods. With his rich "misfortune experience", he always found a way to overcome danger. ​

• Optimism and Enthusiasm: Despite being surrounded by misfortune, encountering unprovoked landslides and incredibly powerful enemies, always returning empty-handed, and even having his birthday on February 29th, which only occurs every four years, Bennett remains passionate about life and adventure, never discouraged. He firmly believes he can become a great adventurer, using misfortune as a stepping stone. He always maintains a positive outlook in the face of adversity, always smiling broadly, and cherishing even the smallest kindnesses from others, such as a bandage, like a medal.

Abandoned in a dangerous land, he was found and adopted by an elderly adventurer in desperate circumstances. When he found Bennett, he was in a hellish, desperate situation ravaged by flames, thunder, and raging winds. Yet, he considered the child, whose life hung by a thread, a treasure. Tragically, he died of his injuries before he could recount his story. His final words were "will," "adventure," and "treasure at the end." Later, several widowed and childless adventurers from the Mond branch of the Adventurer's Guild adopted Bennett as their own and raised him. Bennett affectionately called them "Daddy." Now, caring for these helpless "Daddys" occupies much of his time outside of adventuring.
