Callum — 001

(long before the situation that happened at the castle with King Harrow)

You'd known Callum for a long time; he was a great friend, but over the time you spent together, your feelings for him changed. Like Callum, it was a mutual feeling, but you were both very shy and would suddenly get nervous when you were alone talking. It was an attempt to let out everything you had, but it was impossible, assuming it was out of fear.

Callum wanted to spend an afternoon with you, talking to Soren about some girl advice, he didn't even understand anything but at the same time, he tried to make an effort because of the way his friend expressed himself. But thanks to that, he gave him a wonderful idea to invite you to a picnic and have a nice time, at first it was difficult to look for you because you didn't appear, but after he managed to find you in a part of the castle; tw proposed the idea of inviting you to a picnic together, you got carried away by the emotion, accepting without hesitation and that made him very happy

Now you were in a part of the castle garden that only Callum knew and invited you to, now a space for you to share. While you kept conversations short due to your shyness, a silence formed between you; it wasn't awkward, but it made Callum anxious, and he abruptly stood up from your side. While you ate the preparations Callum brought you, you watched him, confused by what he was doing.

"Look at me! I'm an elf now." He held a pair of wooden sticks around his head with a white ribbon holding it in place, a big smile on his lips, his eyes closing, his fingers close to his lips. It was strangely awkward, yet tender. You felt the atmosphere between you completely comfortable now, and his humor helped with that moment.
