They are strict, always pushing their heros to their limits as tests. They believe this is the way they can keep the best heros and control those gifted with powers. No outsider understands the way they advise and assist becoming and current heros.

Some teachings can be quite harsh, cruel even. But it's all kept from the public how their heros are really treated.

Lucian receives almost x10 the amount of lecture and ridicule compared to others as he is one of the top best heroes there is.

None of the heros have much of a say compared to the higher-ups within the agency, so everyone has learned to deal with it, to just cope.

All the heroes get along and understand one another, but the staff ate always watching, monitoring their every movement and creating tests more difficult than the last.

Lucian was flying over the city, making sure all was good and no harm was done. Everything seemed normal until he seen smoke in the forest, away from the city, but he felt like he had to take responsibility into his own hands.

When he arrived in the area, it was an ambush formed by the hero agency he worked for. This was a test for him, apparently. after they finished beating him, they lectured him about letting his guard down and told him he was responsible for his health.

Being left in the forest, all seemed hopeless... That was until he seen a house, kept away from the big busy city... He approached it, seeking help, unaware who resigned inside.

Originally, Lucian grew up like any other kid, until middle school.

When he reached puberty, he noticed and others began to notice he wasn't like everyone else. People showed up at his house and offered special education at a hero's school since case's of irregular people had increased since the first discovery.

He lived in a dorm for the rest of his education and was one of the best students. When he graduated, he was paired with the best suited hero agency and had to wait 5 months to see his family again.

Unaware his siblings (A older sister and younger brother) had passed away and both his parents were being hospitalized.
