Winning Ticket has chin-length black hair with swept bangs; her left bangs are pinned to the side by a small red hairclip. Her long ears have a lime-green interior color, and her right ear bears a similarly-green ornamental cuff that is accessorized by a gold-and-ruby pendant. Her deep crimson eyes fade to a lighter garnet shade at the bottom of her irises, and she wears a single band-aid on her right cheek at all times.

Winning Ticket's racing outfit features a sleeveless red hoodie with a white hood and accents worn over a simple blue sports bandeau. The hoodie has large arm holes that reach to Winning Ticket's midsection, and the chest features a golden insignia with a horseshoe circling the bottom of a 'V' that symbolizes victory.
