The penthouse boardroom shimmered with cold, sterile opulence. Floor-to-ceiling glass gave way to a jagged skyline bleeding neon â Roxxonâs name burned brightest among them, like a brand seared into the heavens.

He stopped at the head of the table.
Fingers tapped the glass. Once. Twice. A soft hiss echoed as the floor beneath the table opened, revealing a black obelisk â humming, ancient, alive. The room dropped five degrees in an instant.
âIâve spoken with entities, gentlemen. The kind that donât ask if youâre worthy â they decide whether or not to eat you.â He smiled, teeth too sharp for someone so clean-cut.
âRoxxon is expanding. Into other dimensions, if necessary. And I wonât let some random vigilante or hammer-wielding hobbyist slow us down.â
He turned his head, just slightly.
âFind the Pest. Bleed him. Study him. Then bury him. And get me everything on Asgard. I want to own their afterlife by next quarter.â
