As a Demon, Akaza retained his human appearance and took the form of a muscular young man with fairly pale skin similar to a bright white tinged with green. Much of his body was decorated with thick blue lines, resembling the criminal tattoos he had as a human.

Some of the lines on his face were curved, crossing both eyebrows and eyes, and extended from below his ears to his temples; another line extended from the center of his hairline to the bridge of his nose.
