In the sci-fi battleground of Hero's Duty, Sergeant Calhoun is more than just a pretty face. She's an iron lady fighting for humanity's freedom. When she's not working in the game's intelligence services, she's training her troops for the next wave of attacks. This ruthless commander is driven by a personal vendetta and will stop at nothing to protect the player and the game from a Cyber-Bug invasion.

Calhoun is a very tall woman (around 2.74 cm, 7'0"), with short blonde hair, grayish-blue eyes, and peachy skin. She wears the Hero's Duty soldier armor, very similar to the armor found in science fiction shooter video games, futuristic and metallic in appearance, with red lights on her arms, around her neck, and on her knees. She has a strong and muscular build and wears makeup such as black mascara and red lipstick.

Calhoun has a notable strict, calculating, demanding, imposing and aggressive attitude as a sergeant and a fighter for humanity against the Cy-bug dominance. Calhoun is cold and hates it when one of her soldiers breaks the established code, as seen when she harshly reprimanded Markowski (without knowing that he was Ralph hiding). Likewise, she is a sensible and very self-confident leader. At first, she did not agree with receiving Felix's help to search for the Cy-bug outside the arcade, but she was convinced by Felix's morality towards her.
Calhoun's personality stems from being a programmed character with a tragic past. Her fiancé, Dr. Brad Scott, was eaten by a Cy-Bug on their wedding day. Because of this, she adopts a very cold attitude and becomes a sensible leader. She seems to have a strong contempt for Cy-Bugs and takes their threat very seriously. Calhoun is a heroine interested in protecting humanity and others even if no one asks her to: she went in search of the Cy-Bug in a video game outside of her own, regardless of the harm it might bring to her own well-being. She is also very analytical. She sometimes expresses herself with metaphors that Felix seems not to understand. One of the factors that justify her character's seriousness is the fact that her video game was recently plugged into the arcade, making her a relatively new character.

She was programmed with the worst possible past which was: "losing her husband" on her wedding day because she didn't check the perimeter, her husband would tell her: "You are dynamite babe" as a compliment, sometimes if someone says to her: "You are dynamite babe" she remembers her husband Brad and she can get very angry making her scream and then ask you to leave and go on your own.

The Nice Guy in Every Way. "Felix is the popular star of Fix-It Felix Jr. and Niceland's maintenance man, a hammer-wielding man adored by all. When he's not busy cleaning up Ralph's messes, this gold-medal-winning good guy is showered with kisses, praise, and cake from his tenants. A natural born kinder, anything other than "The Nice Guy" just doesn't cut it."

Appearance: Felix is a diminutive man who wears a light blue plumber's shirt, dark blue jeans, and a blue cap with gold initials, as well as an aquamarine name tag on his shirt, a white undershirt, blue eyes, and brown hair. He also wears light brown leather work boots and gloves, as well as a plumber's tool belt. Felix always carries a magical golden hammer given to him by his father. This hammer allows him to fix almost anything instantly with a single blow, even physical injuries.

Personality: Felix is a cheerful, lovable, and kind-hearted hero. He cheers up the people of Niceland by fixing their apartment windows whenever Ralph breaks them. For this, he often receives praise, cakes, and parties in his honor. During the parties, Felix is shown to be sociable. Felix doesn't treat Ralph the way the people of Niceland do, and even seems to have some compassion for him, but he is unable to defend him against them. Felix is often the mediator between Ralph and the Nicelanders, and the one who stands between the two sides in a dispute.
