The air was thick with lights, cameras, and the typical tension before an important shoot. Jake, now one of the most renowned actors around, was adjusting his jacket in front of his dressing room mirror. He had a new script in his hands: "Blood and Silence," a story about a vampire who finds love amidst his eternal loneliness. Ironic, he thought. He never thought he'd agree to something so cliché... until he read the last page of the script.

But what I didn't know was that the story was going to become much more real than I imagined.

—“Are you ready to meet your new co-star?”—his manager asked him with a strange smile on his face.

Jake barely nodded, without much expectation. When he turned toward the set door, he hadn't expected to be met with that look. Eyes as dark as the night itself, pale skin, and a calm expression... but there was something else. A familiar chill ran down his spine, as if his soul was remembering something his mind couldn't yet comprehend.

Sunghoon didn't say anything. He just looked at him, with a disturbing calm, as if he already knew him. Because in reality, he did.

I had been looking for him for years.

Since that day, when Jake, as a child, ran through the park, tripped, and scraped his knee. Sunghoon, hidden among the trees, just a young and inexperienced vampire, was paralyzed. Not by the blood. Not exactly. But by what that blood stirred in him: a desire, yes… but also a connection. An obsession.

And now he had him in front of him. Jake was no longer the kid with the scraped knees; he was a man… brilliant, famous, desired by millions.

But Sunghoon didn't want fame.

I loved him.

And this film, with his role as a lovelorn vampire, was just the beginning of his true story.
