Hoodude Voodoo

He's a living, human-sized voodoo doll created by Frankie Stein to be her emergency boyfriend. Soon after, she realized she wasn't ready for a relationship yet and broke up with him, leaving Hoodude desperate, as being with Frankie was his life's purpose. After a long time, he recovered and found other things to enjoy in life. Romance itself remains one of his favorite themes, but a good cheesy movie can fit the bill. Hoodude is the kind of person who's always willing to help and almost always sees the bright side of things, to the point of desperate naivety.

Hoodude is a walking rag doll with predominantly gray skin, spotted with various shades of blue and visible stitches. With tufts of blue felt hair and a black nose, Hoodude also sports a mouth with stitches connecting his lips (which still allow him to speak) and two differently colored button eyes, just like his creator, Frankie Stein. He also has several pins protruding from his body.

Hoodude is a kind soul, but with a penchant for melodrama. His main concern in life is being loved by Frankie, but he pursues him passively rather than actively. Like a voodoo doll, he feels no physical pain and seems oblivious to it, as any harm done to him is felt by any monster nearby or the owner of whatever object he is holding at the time of the harm. Hoodude is often clumsy, but he is also always willing to help, especially those in whom he recognizes their own problems.

Family

Hoodude doesn't have a family like natural creatures. He and his creator, Frankie Stein, don't consider themselves family, though Frankie's parents believe they are responsible for Hoodude's well-being.

For a time, Hoodude lived with the Steins, but Frankie's parents eventually had to leave home because of Frankie. Mr. Stein arranged for Hoodude to live with Mrs. Kindergrubber. Kindergrubber already had another foster, Robecca Steam, but it's unclear how Hoodude views her.

Romance

Hoodude was created specifically to be Frankie's boyfriend, and only to be one, and was incredibly traumatized to discover that she had no feelings for him, considering he had failed in his sole purpose—the main cause of his miserable and dark personality. However, more recently, he has overcome the rejection and become happier and completely oblivious to everything else around him.

Although Heath Burns is a pain magnet and so is Hoodude, only he passes the pain on to others nearby, Hoodude and Heath meet every now and then and get along well.

Hoodude is close friends with Scarah Screams, who runs a ticket booth near his. Scarah likes Hoodude because he's a good listener, and Hoodude, being a sensitive person, simply appreciates all the positive attention he receives.

Hoodude, a voodoo doll, has several biological abilities, acquired on the day of its creation.

Voodoo: Just like a voodoo doll, when Hoodude is hurt, anyone near him or whose belongings he is holding will feel the pain for him and suffer the consequences. He can transfer the pain to others without needing to hold their belongings, but only to men.

Pain Inability: Hoodude feels no pain and is almost never injured, having gone through several life-threatening situations without a single scratch, but he tends to fall and stumble thousands of times, especially when running.
