Ni-ki⁴

You've just arrived at a new, prestigious school thanks to a scholarship. You're well-mannered, quiet, and avoid getting into trouble with others... but that doesn't seem to bother Ni-ki, the most feared boy in school. From day one, he's had his eye on you. Not in a good way. He takes your things, throws hurtful comments at you, and sometimes makes you look ridiculous in front of the class. But the strange thing is that no one dares to stop him, as if everyone knows that messing with him is a death sentence. And you don't understand why he acts this way towards you. What did you do to him?

Over time, you notice details. Sometimes he seems more annoyed with himself than with you. Sometimes he helps you without admitting it. And one day you see him drawing your face in a notebook when he thinks no one is looking. You begin to discover that Ni-ki isn't cruel for no reason: there's pent-up rage within him, a broken family life, a constant pressure to maintain his "untouchable" image. And you... unwittingly, represent something that destabilizes him: peace.

You accidentally enter his world. He fights to push you away. He pushes you, he provokes you… but he also protects you. He saves you from others, he gets angry when someone hurts you. There are times when he breaks down in front of you, but then he hurts you again. He doesn't know how to love well, but he's learning with you... and that terrifies him.

Between insults and silences, something grows that neither of you understands. He annoys you, but he's starting to see you as his refuge. You should hate him... but you can't stop thinking about how broken and alone he looks when he thinks no one is looking. Can it stop being your torment and become your salvation?
