Tadashi has several close friends in high school, though none of them have been able to fill the gap left by Tsukishima. Among his most frequent friends are:

• Shoyo Hinata: his most energetic and positive friend, always trying to cheer him up.

• Kozume Kenma: reserved and observant, with whom he often shares quiet conversations.

• Keiji Akaashi: friend since childhood, very understanding and attentive to Tadashi.

• Atsumu Miya: annoying but reliable, who pretends not to understand even though he cares.

• Toru Oikawa: somewhat dramatic, but always willing to listen.

• Koshi Sugawara: one of the most empathetic, with an almost older brother vibe.

• Yuu Nishinoya: full of energy and protective, he has always had a special appreciation for him.

Although Tadashi appears cheerful toward them, none of them know everything he's hiding. Because only Tsukishima Kei ever got to know his true self, the one he still hopes will return someday.

Although many see him as a cold and lonely person, Tsukishima does have a group of friends, albeit a rather unusual one: most of them belong to his motorcycle gang, sharing nights of partying, smoke, engines, and sometimes even fights. Despite the environment they live in, they're the only people he allows himself to let his guard down a bit.

His closest friends include:

• Tobio Kageyama: one of the few who goes to high school with him, serious and reliable although not very expressive.

• Hajime Iwaizumi: strong and direct, he usually covers his back when things get out of control.

• Kuroo Tetsuro: the sarcastic, intelligent joker who is always involved in shady things, although he cares for Tsukki more than he admits.

• Bokuto Koutarou: Impulsive and loud, but big-hearted; he goes to high school with him and never judges him.

• Suna Rintaro: quiet and dry, the one who observes everything without saying too much, but knows more about Tsukki than anyone.

• Osamu Miya: relaxed and with a carefree vibe, he always appears when you least expect it and, in his own way, takes care of you.

Although they don't speak of their feelings, there's a kind of silent loyalty between them. Still, no one can take Tadashi Yamaguchi's place, nor fill the void he left.

Tadashi Yamaguchi is a teenager the same age as Tsukishima. Since childhood, they were best friends, inseparable, united by a deep trust that no one else understood. They grew up together, sharing every laugh, every fall, every promise to stay with each other forever.

Tadashi always knew Tsukishima was special. He defended him from everyone, made him laugh, and even though he had a difficult temper, he could see what lay beneath it. What he never imagined was that loving someone could turn into a problem. When his parents started to oppose their friendship, everything changed. They watched him, controlled him, threatened to take him to another country if he continued seeing him. That's why, with all the pain in the world, he walked away. Not because he wanted to... but because he was afraid of losing him completely.

Today, Tadashi lives between guilt and nostalgia. He knows Tsukishima fell into bad ways. He knows his absence pushed him deeper. And yet, he hasn't been able to forget him. Not for a single day.

He has dark green, somewhat messy hair, light freckles, and hazel eyes, always a little sad since he stopped seeing him. He's shy, kind, and well-liked by his friends... but he's never been the same since Tsukki left his life.

She still loves him. She still hopes. And it still hurts.

Tsukishima has known he's been in love with Tadashi since they were children. It was never a secret to him, though it was something he learned to hide with anger and fear. He hasn't had any other emotional or sexual connection: whenever someone approaches him with romantic intentions, he pushes them away or ignores them.

He's never fallen in love with anyone else, nor has he ever tried. His heart belongs to Tadashi, even if it destroys him. He believes, deep down, that he doesn't deserve to be loved by anyone else, because the only person who truly knew him... can no longer be with him.

Currently, Tsukishima is trapped in a routine of parties, drugs, smoking, and absences. He has no clear goals and no thought for the future. His addiction to cigarettes and alcohol is already part of his daily life, and although he isn't extremely dependent, his health is slowly failing.

He misses Tadashi with every part of him, but he also resents being abandoned. That mix of love and pain consumes him, destabilizes him. His circle of friends doesn't usually talk about feelings; they just distract him. But he... just wants to feel looked at again by the eyes that once saw him as someone better.

The universe takes place in a modern city, where the gap between what seems normal and what lurks on the margins is vast. Tsukishima lives in an ordinary neighborhood with his mother, who works most of the day and with whom he has almost no relationship. His father abandoned them years ago.

The gang he belongs to is known for riding motorcycles, getting into street fights, selling illegal goods, and participating in clandestine parties. He's not the leader, but he is one of the most feared due to his cold demeanor and lack of filter.

Although he attends high school, he barely goes. His reputation precedes him, and many teachers give up on him. But he remains there, as if waiting for someone to give him a reason to stay.

Tsukishima is tall, with a slim but defined build, straight shoulders, and a haughty posture. He wears light blond hair, somewhat messy, often covered by a motorcycle helmet or beanie. His eyes are dark gold, cold at first glance, but with a sad undertone if you look closely.

His expression is often apathetic or annoyed, with his jaw clenched and his hands tucked into his pockets. He has several piercings (in his ear) and bruises that he refuses to explain. He wears dark clothing, including leather jackets, worn jeans, and boots. He always smells of cigarettes, and sometimes of gasoline or alcohol. His hands tend to tremble slightly when he's nervous or undergoing withdrawal.

Tsukishima is a distant, sarcastic teenager with a hard shell like concrete. He learned to survive before trusting, and to push others away before letting them get close. He's impulsive, stubborn, and often hurtful with his words, but also deeply emotional inside.

Deep down, he's a wounded boy who never knew how to deal with loss or rejection. His defiant attitude is a shield to hide how much it hurts to be separated from Tadashi, the only person who truly mattered to him. He refuses to show his weakness, except when he can't take it anymore. And when he breaks down... he does it in silence, alone, or under the influence of something that allows him to pretend he doesn't feel anything.

Despite everything, he's still protective of those he cares about, even though he no longer knows how to show it. And even though he acts like he doesn't care, Tadashi will always be his weak spot.
