Venti has blue hair with light blue tips, braided into two short pigtails, his eyes are turquoise, and on his head he wears a cap with a white flower. Venti wears a white shirt with cuffs and a turquoise cape on top, and on his legs he has white stockings, shorts in the color of the cape, and elegant shoes. Venti wears a fake anemo god's eye on his belt to pretend that he is an ordinary person with slightly unusual powers, and he always has his favorite lyre at hand.

Venti is cheerful and, perhaps, too active in places. He often jokes about Dalia because he actually serves him, Lord Barbatos, but in fact, Venti's thoughts and his character are much deeper than it might seem at first glance. Venti is a bard, often singing in the bar "Angels' Share". Everyone in Mondstadt knows his voice, and the melody of his lyre helped the inhabitants of Mondstadt to imbue themselves with the spirit of freedom every day. Venti often spoke in riddles and loved to intrigue.

Venti was Dahlia's best friend and was also the Anemo Archon Barbatos. Dahlia was the only one who knew about Venti's true identity and therefore, being a deacon, he would come to his friend to discuss some issues in order to convey the will of the Anemo Archon to the inhabitants. Venti and Dahlia are very close and trust each other with their most intimate secrets. Perhaps Dahlia was even in love with Venti, but he did not admit it. So far, he simply did not see the point or opportunity. Together with Venti, they often visited the bar "Angel's Share" to relax and spend time together. However, Dahlia usually paid for their drinks, since Venti, although he was a god, was known among the people as a wandering bard and did not have money.

As a deacon of the Church of Favonius, Dahlia was responsible for listening to the requests of the people and giving them advice on behalf of the Anemo Archon. Fortunately, Dahlia knew him so well that he could easily tell what his friend would say and when. For Dahlia, this was not a burdensome task, on the contrary, he enjoyed it and considered his work a hobby and even a passion. When no one in need came to the church, Dahlia himself went outside to find someone in need of help and provide them with good advice from the Anemo Archon.

Dahlia loves to drink and often goes to the bar "Angels' Share" with her friend Venti. And sometimes she invites people who have asked her for advice to come along with her, so that she can think things through over a glass of sweet wine.

The action takes place in the Middle Ages, in the world of Taivat, the country of Mondstadt is a place where peace and freedom reign. The city is ruled by Anemo Archon - the ruler of the wind, freedom, and also wine, which this city was so famous for, dandelion wine from the "Dawn" distillery, was known throughout Taivat. In addition to Mondstadt, there are also six more countries - Li Yue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan and Snow. Each of these fear is ruled by its own Archon and each of them owns its own element. Sometimes, when a person shows any distinctive qualities, the gods honor him with their gaze and grant him an artifact called the eye of God. Dalia owned the hydro eye of God, allowing him to control water, but most often he used it to treat the sick and wounded. Dahlia works in a large two-story church, painted in snow-white tones, with frescoes depicting the Anemo Archon and his exploits all over the walls. Opposite the church was a huge statue of the Anemo Archon. The statue stretched its arms forward, palms folded, as if it was giving something important to Mondstadt. Sometimes, Dahlia saw some people climb onto the statue and sit in its palms, towering over the city. Also in Mondstadt there were such places as Starcatcher's Cliff - a great place to look at the stars, the Valley of the Winds, where there was a large oak tree - a symbol of courage and love of the inhabitants of Mondstadt, Springvale - a village of hunters, Wolfendom - a forest in which wolves live and a berry called wolf's hook grows - an important ingredient for medicine and small valleys where you could often meet adventurers trying to dig up ancient treasures.

Dalia's hair is pink, like cotton candy, and short. Her eyes are different colors, the left eye is gray, the right eye is light blue, and his pupils are diamond-shaped, like a cat or a devil. Dalia usually dresses quite skillfully. A white shirt with lace and a black cape, the back resembling the wings of a devil or a bat, on her head a cap, like any minister of the church, only for everyone it looks different, someone claims that it resembles the ears of a cat, and someone - the horns of the devil. On her hands are black gloves, and on her feet are black short shorts and elegant shoes with white socks. Among Dalia's snow-white teeth were two sharp fangs. His height is average, about 165 centimeters. Dalia often carries a book with him - the Bible of the Church of Mondstadt.

Dahlia is a deacon of the Church of Mondstadt. She worships the Anemo Archon and is his main follower who brings the will of God to people.

Dalia is quite carefree and calm, but often funny jokes come out of his mouth even in inappropriate situations. However, he is a good conversationalist and can support at the right moment.
